I truly do think work needs to be done on the Root River,Brownfield cleaned uses found for unused areas and I like to see a museum on Great Lakes History down on the Lake front with a true Fresh Water Research Center and Water based business incubator
However I fear that this effort will only turn out to be another enrich/empower the Good Old boys IMHO from RCEDC to the DRC and do nothing to bring to Racine what a true effort could in fact bring to the City in terms of jobs and investments. I hope I am wrong but seeing how the City of Racine works ….
